The first 100 lawyers get more than a discount — they shape the product.
Lock in Professional plan at half the standard price, for as long as your subscription stays active.
Reach the founder directly with feedback, ideas, and the questions that matter. Real answers from the person building this, not a help desk.
Whatever you send goes to the front of the queue. Founders get answered first, every time.
Founders get heard first. Join an optional council, get new features before anyone else, and shape the version everyone else ends up using.
Opt in to feature your name, firm, and practice area on our Wall of Founders, shown for as long as you're one of the active 100.
You'll always be one of the first 100. Your founder title stays yours, even if you ever step away.
Founding Lawyer status is selective. Here's what we look for.

Founding is a living club of 100 active seats. Stay subscribed and your seat is yours. When one opens, the next lawyer on the waitlist takes it. Senior Members and Early Adopters open as the program grows.

The 100 seats are a living roster, so they open up over time. If they're full when you apply, you join the Founding waitlist and take the next seat that frees up, in order. Prefer not to wait? You can start right away as a Senior Member.
Yes, for as long as your subscription stays active. The founding rate is 50% off the Professional plan, and it never expires while you stay subscribed.
Your founder status is permanent. Once you're in, you're always a founder. The perks are tied to your subscription: the 50% rate, priority support, your active seat in the 100, and the rest. If a payment fails or you cancel, your seat is held for 30 days — reach out to support within that window to reactivate and carry on with everything intact. After 30 days, the seat opens for the next lawyer on the waitlist and the founding rate is released, but the founder title stays yours for good.
Within 30 days of a lapse, reactivate and your seat and founding rate are right where you left them. After that, you're always a founder by title, but the founding rate doesn't carry over, so you'd return at standard pricing.
No. The council is optional, recorded, and shared async. We'd love your input, but it's never a requirement.
Yes. Each lawyer applies individually, and the Founding rate is per person on the Professional plan. Every founder holds their own seat.
That's fine. We're accepting founders across the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. The playbooks are strongest on English-language and common-law deals, so that's where you'll get the most out of the tool.
It's capped at 100 active members, not closed by a date. Once full, new applicants join the waitlist and take seats as they open. Apply early to get in, or to hold a high spot in line.
No. The Founding rate is grandfathered to your active subscription. If you joined as a Senior Member or Early Adopter, you can't move into Founding pricing. Open Founding seats go to the Founding waitlist.
Personal data: we only store what you choose to give us, like the details you'd want shown on the Wall of Founders. Document data: anything you run through the tool is handled under our data retention policy, which includes deletion on request and a Zero Data Retention option.
I've spent more than fifteen years building and running legal teams. In every firm, I watched the same thing happen. The routine takes over. The work that makes you a lawyer in the first place, the thinking, slowly gets buried under processing. You end up pasting the same redlines into the same clauses, week after week.
It never sat right with me. A lawyer's real value is judgment. Negotiating. Working out the strategy. Deciding which terms really matter and why. Setting the policy behind every redline. Applying that policy, line by line through a contract, is mechanical. And the mechanical part is what AI should handle, not you.
That's why I'm building iDeal Legal AI. But I didn't want to build it on my own, guessing at what lawyers need. I wanted it shaped by people who already see where this is going and want a hand in how it gets there. The first 100 aren't early customers. They're co-architects, building this with me. What they tell me each month is what I build next.
Using AI in this work isn't really a choice anymore. It's coming either way, with or without you. In my own practice, it's made me three to five times faster. So the real question is whether you help shape the tool, or just use whatever everyone else builds. If you'd rather shape it, apply below.
